Punjab to restore security for VVIPS after death of Sidhu Moose Wala

The Punjab government has performed a U-turn on security for VVIPs, just days after the death of Sidhu Moose Wala.

The singer was shot dead on Sunday after the Aam Aadmi Party or AAP government cut down on security for 424 VVIPs on Saturday. Since then, Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann was strongly criticised for the decision.

It has now been confirmed that security will be restored for all VVIPs.
