NCLT to pronounce verdict on ZEE-Sony merger on Thursday

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) will pronounce its verdict on the proposed merger between ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Limited and Sony Pictures Networks India (Culver Max Entertainment Pvt).
BQ Prime reports that the court had reserved its order on Thursday 10th July.
The ZEE-Sony merger was announced back in December 2021. However, obstacles over alleged financial impropriety at ZEEL has delayed the process.
